    This is a no-judgement zone for overstimulated, under-supported, and burned out mamas who are tired of pretending they’re “fine.” We talk about the hard shit, the mom rage, identity crisis, boundaries, and all things self-everything but with humor, heart, rawness and use actual, realistic tools to help feel human again.

  • Who writes this blog & why should I trust her?

    Just one hot mess mama who’s been through it by raising her two autistic kiddos. I’m by no means licensed or anything, but I’ve lived it, screaming into my steering wheel, cried in the laundry room and come out the other side with a sense of humor and a shit ton of insight. Think of me as your brutally honest mom friend with a laptop.

  • Is this blog only for moms?

    Mostly, yes but honestly? Anyone feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tapped out, or curious about what motherhood really looks like (beyond the highlight reels on Instagram) is welcome here.

  • Do you offer coaching, courses, or resources?

    Stay tuned! I’ve gone some things cooking, like printable guides, digital downloads and currently opening a online store for relatable and hilarious apparel and accessories!

  • Can I share your posts with other moms?

    PLEASE DO. Text it, pin it, screenshot it, send it to your group chat, facebook group or your bestie. I would absolutely encourage that. Just keep the credit on it and I’ll love you forever!
